Acceptance of Terms

By accessing unicorngraveyard.com ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3D Model Licensing

Free models (MakerWorld)

  • Free for personal, non-commercial use
  • You may print models for yourself, as gifts, or for display
  • You may not sell printed copies without a commercial license
  • You may not redistribute, reshare, or resell the digital STL files

Patreon exclusive models

  • Available only to active patrons at the applicable tier
  • Subject to the same personal-use restrictions unless you hold a commercial license

Commercial license (Sanctioned Bonesmith tier)

  • Active Sanctioned Bonesmith patrons ($10/month) may sell physical prints of any model in the vault
  • You may not sell, share, or redistribute the digital files — only physical prints
  • Commercial rights are tied to your active subscription and end when your subscription lapses
  • You may not sub-license, transfer, or assign your commercial rights

Intellectual Property

All 3D models, artwork, branding, and content on this Site are the property of UnicornGraveyard LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is prohibited.

Merch & Purchases

Merchandise is sold through Fourthwall. All purchases are subject to Fourthwall's terms and refund policies. We are not responsible for shipping delays or issues handled by Fourthwall.

User Conduct

  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source files from any model
  • Do not claim any Unicorn Graveyard design as your own
  • Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that models will print successfully on all printers or with all materials. Print results depend on your equipment, settings, and materials.

Limitation of Liability

UnicornGraveyard LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, models, or merchandise.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
