Choose the shape before the palette
A skull flower gives a small display a focal point; a bear trophy makes a larger statement on a wall. Look at the preview from the angle where the finished piece will sit. Deep grooves and raised details catch light differently, so consider the room and the display position as well as the subject.
Bone tones or full color
Gothic does not have to mean monochrome. Bone, dark grey, and muted colors can emphasize the carving; high-contrast colors give the same geometry a brighter character. For ColorStacked designs, begin with the supplied color arrangement and map your filament choices before changing the profile.
