Trivexa, the Prism Wyrmling

The Vale forges its predators and this one is not finished. The Wyrm is what it grows into, or one of the things. The archivists file Trivexa with the Small Ones for now and note that the glass it hatched from is the same glass the Vale's forges are lined with, which means it did not hatch. It was cast. Small now. Give it time.
