Recovered from the Deep Vaults, from a niche that had a containment sigil on the floor and this in the middle of it.
A bat-faced spire, wings collapsed into stone, mouth open in a permanent silent scream. The interior shaft is ridged, and what goes in the top does not come out the bottom the way it went in. The base ring carries the containment sigil, added long after the Spire stabilized.
