Where the files are
Every relic has a page in the model directory. On an exclusive, hit Unlock on Patreon, make sure you're logged in with the account that pledged, and download the 3MF from the post attachments. There is no separate folder to request and no access to wait on.
Free relics still download from MakerWorld, same as before you pledged.

The Bonesmith tier grants a commercial license. You may sell physical prints of anything in the vault and anything on MakerWorld. You may not sell, share, or re-host the files. Those stay buried. The license holds while your pledge is active.

What actually sells
Download counts across the catalog say the same thing every quarter. ColorStacked wall pieces outsell standalone figures by roughly four to one, and seasonal pieces outsell everything. These have the numbers behind them.

Seasonal wall pieces move the hardest. 7,357 downloads.
Mounts sell at a higher ticket than standalone. 2,092 downloads.
Print it in October, not December. 1,522 downloads.
Reads from across a room under booth lighting. 1,165 downloads.
Branded pedestals cut to match the masks they hold. Every mask in the record was hung on something once. Stands raise the ticket on a table and they print flat.

If a download won't open
- On iPhone or iPad. Safari will not save a 3MF anywhere useful. Download on a desktop, or open the post in the Patreon app and send the file to Bambu Handy through the share sheet.
- Post looks locked. Patreon takes a few minutes to apply a new pledge. Log out and back in once. If it still reads locked after that, the post is above your tier.
- Upgraded and still locked. An upgrade mid-cycle can lag behind the charge. Message me on Patreon with the post name and I'll open it.
