Skarrow the Redcowl

Skarrow was the Redcowl of the gallows. It did not hunt. It waited. Every soul hanged on the ridge fed it, and the hangmen came to believe it judged the guilty before the rope did. The corvid orders kept their distance from it, and the BoneOrchard Watcher on the next rise never once left its branch while Skarrow was feeding. When the last executioner died, they found it perched over his body, patient as ever. Graveyard record puts that death at the start of the Long Rot. Skarrow kept its count of the hanged for three hundred years. Nobody has read the total.

Printed in full color across a single build, each layer laid down like scar tissue, the ridges and striations left deliberate so the skin reads as flesh and the beak as bone.
