Recovered from the forest floor of Skullwood, where it was, and still is, crossing.
It cannot be killed. It cannot be hurried. The shell is a cathedral of bone and bark, spiraling inward toward something older than the forest, every whorl and every crack in the carapace cut in deep relief. The colors are structural, laid into the geometry the way rings are laid into a tree.
